We are looking for a Mid to Senior Web Developer The Web Developer develops new and maintains existing web applications and technologies utilizing various types of packaged and customized supportive applications, languages, tools and IDE's, as well as database management systems on the web, which have the capacity to store substantial amounts of data. The Web Developer insures that the design and patterns of the developed websites meet the requirements of the users and management in terms of graphics, effects, animations, functionality, and features. The Web Developer consults with users and management to define system requirements and resolve problems; designs, implements, modifies and maintains computer software that supports various applications and business processes; performs detailed program design, codes, tests, debugs, and documents new programs. The Web Developer revises and updates existing programs and documentation as required, and also provides various types of support as required for purchased software applications such as Microsoft productivity software, etc. The Web Developer includes planning and effecting data sharing and interfacing among disparate applications, working with vendor provided tools such as query and report writers, import and export utilities, etc. Requirements: Bachelor or Associate's degree in computer or technical-related field with courses and training in web design, usability, and development or equivalent experience5+ years of clear and consistent experience participating in planning and leading the development of large web applicationsExpert understanding of a broad range of development languages and frameworks including but not limited to ASP.NET (Web Forms, MVC, Blazor), ES6, Web Components, REST APIs, ADO.NET, LINQ, MS SQL Server, and web standards (XHTML, CSS, XML, etc.)Must have a strong understanding of source code management technologies (Subversion, GIT, etc.)Strong mentorship and leadership skills with respect to junior developers and others across IT Shared ServicesFamiliarity with administration of IIS, networking, web farms and load balancing, and web caching technologiesFamiliarity with business process management, analytics, sales and marketing a plusAbility to prioritize tasks and deliver results in a timely manner as an individual and as a technical lead on web projectsStrong organizational skills and dedication to qualityExcellent customer service abilitiesMust have excellent attention to detailsMust be a self-starter and able to work independently on projectsThe ability to handle multiple demands and competing priorities simultaneously
