Lead JavaScript Developer London to £85k

Lead JavaScript Developer (Node.js React Headless CMS JavaScript) *Remote WfH*. Would you like to progress your career as a Web Developer in a senior / lead role? You could be joining a global Digital Agency and working with a wide range of clients across a variety of sectors.

As a Lead JavaScript Developer you will lead the technical development of key client projects, designing and developing multi-layered services using modern application stacks e.g. React, JavaScript, Typescript, Node.js and whichever other technologies you choose. You'll establish and promote best practice and define the tools and systems required to effectively manage development projects; leading and mentoring others and helping to grow the team.

There's a remote interview and onboarding process and you can work from home full-time anywhere in the UK with the caveat that you'll meet up with the team once a quarter (usually London based, not obligatory).

Requirements:

You have strong web development experience across the full JavaScript technology stack e.g. Node.js, React - TypeScript would also be great

You have experience of creating client led solutions, ideally at a digital agency

You have experience with Headless CMS

You have a good understanding of Computer Science fundamentals such as OOP, Data Structures and Algorithms

You have an understanding of backend engineering, DevOps, Cloud environments

You have some technical leadership experience or a desire to mentor and coach others

You're collaborative with great communication and client facing skills
