##Dynamics CRM Functional Consultant - 600EUR/day As part of a freelance mission for a client based in Brussels, we are currently recruiting a Dynamics CRM or D365 CE functional consultant.As a CRM Functional Consultant (F/H) you will participate in the implementation project of Microsoft Dynamics 365, functionally supporting customers on Customer Engagement.Your mission:Follow and organize the projects that will be entrusted to you.

Analyze customer needs.

Conceptualize the functional architecture.

Carry out the configuration and implementation of our solutions based on Microsoft Dynamics CRM technologies.

Coordinate the tests and assist in the acceptance of the solutions by the client.

Ensure the deployment of solutions on our private cloud or on Microsoft Online.

Train end users.

Participate in pre-sales activities (mock-ups, POC) and evangelization of our solutions.

Participate in the development of technical gas pedals for our solutions.Your profile:At least 5 years experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM,

Ability to analyze and summarize,

Communication and writing skills,

English and French required,

Versatility, rigor and involvement.
