A market leading Semiconductor company is looking for a Principal Analog IC Designer to lead to development of PLL's. In your new role you will:Develop analog and digital PLLs using high level tools like MatlabBe responsible for transistor level design of new circuits in advanced CMOS technologies with the latest generation of design tools like Spectre, Verilog-A and Fast MOS SimulatorsClosely cooperate with physical design engineers, chip architects, wafer technology engineers, test engineers and application engineeringShare knowledge with other analog/digital design expertsMentor junior designers and studentsYou are best equipped for this task if you have:
A university degree in Electrical Engineering, Microelectronics or comparableMore than 5 years of experience in analog/mixed-signal designHigh experience in designing analog and digital PLLs and their building blocks (VCOs/DCOs, Charge pumps, Loop filters, Dividers, TDCs, DTCs, etc.)Experience in System-Verilog behavioural modelling and MATLAB system level modellingExperience in RF design/layout as a plusFluent English skills with German skills as a plus
