Project Manager - SaaS / Self-Service On-Boarding (6 Month Contract)Overview:
An excellent opportunity has arisen with a global organisation who provide a range of SaaS based digital and data driven services within the retail sector. We are looking for a project manager to design and implement the on-boarding process for customers on to the platform. This is a high profile role within the retail sector engaging at a senior level with the industry's biggest brands.
Role and Responsibilities:
·To deliver a set of digitalised on-boarding journeys that help accelerate the onboarding of new business for FY22
·Solicit requirements from multiple stakeholders across the team to create modular services for the breadth of platforms personas
·Be hands-on' as the delivery mechanism to create the journey, collateral and processes to enable a production-grade, customer-facing digital portal
·Lead, manage and develop a rapid and pragmatic solution whilst keeping an eye on the ability to integrate further within the infrastructure landscape once live
·To build a scalable service that enables for ease of change in future services offerings by the internal teams
·Create a digital On-Boarding portal
·Deliver a set of digital journeys and collateral that supports various levels of service including assisted service
Essential Requirements:
·A service professional with proven experience in developing user journeys for customer facing and self-service onboarding services for SaaS platforms, ideally within the retail sector
·Experience in creating intuitive content across multiple media to help ensure rapid user adoption
·A strong background in project management and requirements solicitation from multiple stakeholder groups
·Optional development skills to deliver the product service alongside the management of requirements
·Structured and disciplined in methodology to manage project scope and priorities
·Self-sufficient and an effective communicator to report progress on a regular cadence to senior stakeholders
·Highly motivated to assimilate multiple information sources and deliver solutions to problems
Contract Details:
Rate: Excellent Day Rate - Inside IR35
Duration: 6 Months
Location: London, City - 3 days from office, 2 days from home
