Commercial Performance Analyst - Remote - Up to £45K My client is a globally renowned office outsourcer, who has risen to become the leading company in commercial real estate. They are looking forward to welcoming a diligent analyst with a keen eye for detail to join their Pricing and Commercial team, who will support in the evolution of their decision making in over 3,000 locations across the world. Within this role, you will run the commercial performance analysis using trends and measures of pricing performance to identify emerging opportunities, and be at the forefront of sparking new strategies. This is a salaried position which pays up to £45k. We are looking for some of the below experience… Providing commercial analysis on pricing, identifying opportunities and analysing competitionExcellent SQL and MS Excel experienceReporting tools (Power BI would be advantageous)Comfortable working with large financial datasetsFull project life-cycle experience Interviews for this role are currently in progress and my client is seeking to hire within the next couple of weeks.
