IT ASSISTANT REQUIRED COVERING OUR OFFICES IN MILTON KEYNES, BEDFORD AND NORTHAMPTON
Are you an ambitious individual with IT skills, who wants to join a highly successful law firm that continues to expand? This role would be ideal for an IT graduate looking to start a career in IT or someone who possesses a high level of IT skills.
Reporting to the Project Change Manager your role is to develop the current Case Management System using Workflow and Microsoft SQL Server Management Studio 18 to create and maintain reports for the practice to use.

Key Duties:
Develop internal reports using Microsoft SQL Server Management Studio 18
Develop processes within the case management system using Workflow
Maintain processes in the case management system
Communicate changes across the firm with the ability to tailor the approach to individuals
Day to Day problem solving of IT issues with both suppliers and colleagues
Utilise Microsoft 365 to improve efficiency and streamlining of procedures
Custodian of all ALB case management system
The Candidate:
Familiarity with handling data and ability to perform relevant data analysis
Familiarity with operating within a paperless environment and ability to manage and make document and other relevant non-structural changes within an IT hosted system
Strong IT skills including Microsoft Office skills particularly Excel and Word, with ongoing commitment to be an expert of the firm's programmes.
Ability to manage relationships with external suppliers
Strong sense of responsibility and a respect for confidentiality
Has a high level of attention to detail and accuracy
Strong organisational skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
Project management experience
Desirable skills may include:
Microsoft 365 experience
SQL writing experience
Workflow knowledge
Experience of operating with a legal services environment.
