One of our clients are looking for an experienced SC cleared Business Change Manager to join them on a temporary contract.

Inside IR35

SC clearance required

Until the end of March initially

Mostly remote with travel to Corsham/London

Responsibilities:

*Partnering with Theme Leads/Project Managers to deliver the business case benefits and outcomes, by leading on change implementation and ensuring the smooth transition of project changes into BAU.

*Working with Project Managers to integrate change activity into business cases and project plans.

*Leading on stakeholder identification and engagement to ensure regular, meaningful engagement with stakeholders.

*Supporting development of the benefit realisation plan in consultation with Project Managers and Benefit Owners.

*Initiating benefit reviews upon project closure and supports Project Managers with benefit transition to Benefit Owners during transition to BAU.

*Supporting the (scope) change control process through completion of impact assessments, including their impact on the Benefits realisation

Essential Skills:

*Experience in delivering transformational change, with knowledge of business change models, tools and techniques.

*Experience of guiding stakeholders through business transformations and preparing affected business areas for transition to new ways of working

*Strong stakeholder engagement and management skills

*Workshop facilitation skills, with a wide range of stakeholders

*Understanding of identifying interventions and change plans to embed change

*Able to work on several concurrent subjects to tight timescales and have a pragmatic approach to the resolution of several complex challenges.
