Moreover, you will be given tailored career development, with opportunities to move into management in the longer term.Role & Responsibilities:Leading a team of QAs both seniors and junior QA engineers.Planning and defining test strategy for a Data Warehousing program and other data driven projects.Being the part of the overall development process from requirement analysis to UAT.Taking ownership of test estimation, test strategy, test automation and test execution.Tracking and monitoring defects to closure, producing test metrics and reports, while executing tests.Skills & Qualifications:Good stakeholder management skills, ability to communicate at all levels, build sustainable relationships and influence key decision making.Demonstrate knowledge of database testing, running ETL queries, data analysis and reconciliation( MSSQL- preferred but not essential)Knowledge of relational database, SQL, data warehousing dimensional model.UAT coordinating and testing and end to end testing activities hands-on experience.Testing automation activities using Python, SQL, (JAVA or C#- preferred but not essential).A proactive analytical/ problem solving mind-set.BenefitsCompetitive payFlexible WorkingLife insurancePrivate Medical careCompetitive Holiday allowancePOC: Phone: +44 (0)203 808 7276 (ext 7276) or Email: [email protected]
