Competitive salary and fab benefits package!With significant demand for their services and technology, my client is looking to expand their Digital IC Verification team, and looking to hire a hands-on IC Design Verification Lead, who will be given a mandate to grow and develop their own verification team. This is an exciting opportunity and would suit an experienced engineer who would be interested in managing a team of verification engineers, or someone currently managing a team who would like to get more involved in project management across the complete design flow.
The role will be best suited to an experienced Principal Engineer, with experience in Digital IC Verification using advanced methods to include SystemVerilog and UVM and an engineer ready to make that career step into a leadership role.
In the role you will have the opportunity to manage the verification on multiple projects, mentor and train a team of verification engineers. You will also have the opportunity to take the lead in projects, allowing you to manage the complete design flow from architecture through to tape out.
