Change Manager | 6 month FTC | £42,000 pro rata | Fully remoteManage a variety of projects across the organisationClient DetailsA government body operating across the country.DescriptionLead the shaping of projects, contributing ideas, optimising scope to achieve the business objectives and validating viability. Challenge existing thinking, processes and procedures and identify opportunities for change.Direct, lead and manage the project team to the successful completion of the projectIdentify project risks and agree appropriate actions to mitigate/control. Regularly review risk assessment. Ensure residual risks are incorporated within the appropriate business area's operational risk plansBusiness Case PreparationDevelop and manage budgets highlighting any expenditure outside of the budget, or requirements for additional budgetMonitor and report on project progress, presenting stakeholders reports on progress as well as problems and solutionsWork in accordance with the Quality Management System and ensure that the team uphold the requirementsPromote a culture of learning and continuous improvement through the department and wider organisation and support changeFoster a culture of health and wellbeing by developing a positive working environment through good practice, communication, and supportContribute to the design, development, delivery, and management of communications related to projects/change initiativesProvide support on contractual matters related to projects alongside the commercial team and suppliersProfileEssential:Strong prior experience in Change ManagementNo known barriers to obtaining Security Clearance once in the roleJob Offer6 month FTC£40,000 - £42,000 pro rataFully remote
