Inbound Delivery Coordinator / Inbound Delivery Compliance Coordinator / Leicestershire - Remote / 6 month contract / £117 - £130 Per day Inside IR35

One of our Clients on the market are seeking a Inbound Delivery Coordinator, to join the team as soon as possible

Role: Inbound Delivery Coordinator

Location: Leicestershire / Remote

Duration: month contract

Rate: £117-£130 per day Liaise with UK & Sector Supply Planning and Suppliers to ensure correct movement of goods are reflected in SAPConfirm due date and quantities of Finished Goods/Raw Materials/Juice movements with all internal and external teamsQuery and rectify any discrepanciess with inbound movements with all teamsReporting of issues and process changes with key stakeholders to ensure future successTracking of delivery failures into the UK and rebooking of movementsCapture and archive import / export information from freight forwarders and customs agentsCompleteness check to ensure all that documentation is received for all orders entering and leaving the UK and IrelandRelevant shipping documents related to goods such as bills of lading, invoice and customs entries held on file together so that they can be retrieved quickly if required.All key documentation related to import, storage, processing and re-export of products will be held on file for 7 years.
