Backend Software Engineer C# .Net Reigate / WfH to £80k

Backend Software Engineer / Developer (C# .Net SOLID) *Hybrid WfH*. Are you a technologist with strong backend C# .Net experience? You could be progressing your career, working on complex and interesting systems at a global InsureTech.

As a Backend Software Engineer you'll design and develop real-time pricing and risk systems; playing a key role in developing new features and enhancing existing code. You'll work across the full development lifecycle as part of a collaborative Agile team using SOLID design principles through to unit testing; attending daily Sprint planning sessions and collaboratively problem solving.

You'll be working in a tech driven environment, continually learning and developing your skills with excellent career progression opportunities; you'll also pick up valuable knowledge of insurance / financial software systems.

There's a remote interview process, following that you'll join colleagues in the Reigate office six times a month for team meet-ups with the majority of the time work from home (if desired).

Requirements:

You have strong C# .Net backend / serverside development experience

You have a strong knowledge of Computer Science fundamentals such as Object Orientated Programming, Data Structures, Algorithms and Design Patterns including SOLID

You have Agile team experience and enjoy collaboratively problem solving, working on complex issues

You're likely to be degree educated, Computer Science preferred
