Azure Security EngineerBudapest / 100% remoteResponsibilities:Maintain and improve the security posture of the Azure platform, identifying, and remediating vulnerabilities;Identifying, providing and validating security requirements of Azure solutions;Provide security expertise in the assessment and development of security solutions and architectures in cloud and hybrid environments;Supporting Cloud adoptions teams in implementing and configuring relevant Azure related security controls and policies, managing access to data, and monitoring threats to ensure that databases, applications, containers, infrastructure, and networks are protected;Ensuring compliance of security solutions to internal standards;Driving Azure security process improvements and standardization;Responsible for overall Azure Security Score using relevant Azure related tools like Log Analytics, Azure Monitor and Azure Security Center;Managing identity and access and implementing multi-factor authentication solutions;Ensuring data protection and compliance;Performing risk assessments, present recommendations for risk mitigation options and implementing them;Recommending and educating Cloud adoption teams on information security topics;Map security principles and controls to compliance & regulatory requirements for cloud environments, including CIS, NIST, ISO and GDPRSecuring MS Azure based cloud infrastructure, including ASG, WAF, AD, PIM, Key VaultDemonstrable experience and execution of common Azure cloud automation, management, and deployment tools.Knowledge of secure development practices such as OWASPUnderstanding of container Security Docker/Kubernetes and Security patterns for APIs, AuthorisationPractical experience securing DevOps infrastructure and CI/CD pipelineCyber Security Operations (EDR, Email Security Gateway, Vulnerability Scanning, Awareness Training operations) Requirements:HBO+ or equivalent degree in computer science;Familiar with working in mixed waterfall and agile environment;Ability to effectively communicate security risks to technical and non-technical groups;2+ years public cloud IaaS/PaaS security experience (Azure security will be plus);Knowledge of information security standards;Ability to assess impact of implementing changes within an Enterprise environment;Proficiency implementing security solutions in zero-trust networks;Proficiency in several security technologies including data loss prevention, encryption, cloud access security brokers, identity and access management, micro-segmentation, multi-factor authentication, endpoint protection, SIEM and perimeter defences;Methods and identification tools for risks and security threats;English speaking is mandatory.
