The product manager is responsible for developing the strategy and roadmap for the GPA's property technology (PropTech) product line. Working with specialist technologists, delivery managers and technical architects the product manager will guide the development of a suite of shared property technology products that will make the places where Civil servants do their jobs great places to work.Client DetailsThe Government Property Agency is helping transform the way the Civil Service works and reshaping the relationship civil servants have with their place of work. The GPA is a relatively new organisation within Government, created in 2018 and is in many ways a start up. This means although it is a Government Department, many of the systems, processes, ways of working are still being set up.The tech team is relatively new with the majority of the senior team being recruited last year. The team is small (17 FTE currently) expected to grow to circa 30 this year and uses partners for a lot of delivery. The budget per annum is currency circa £14m expected to grow to circa £30m in the next few years.DescriptionAs the Senior product manager you will be responsible for:- Working with the Lead Product Manager to develop the strategy and product roadmap for GPA's proptech products

- Working with the wider GPA to develop effective business models for the delivery of proptech solutions

- Managing finance and programme structures to enable the development of GPA's proptech product line

- Liaising with colleagues across government to develop the broader suite of proptech and interoperability products.

- Working with technical architects and technology specialists to develop coherent products that address both business and technology solutions to user needs.
