As Senior Digital Product Manager, we want you to use our websites, tools, and apps to change the hearts and minds of individuals, businesses, and government, ultimately delivering on our mission of a world where people and nature thrive together.

As a senior member of our digital product team, you will manage our extensive digital portfolio in-line with their product visions and help create strategy for future engagement. We will look to you to influence, guide and create a culture where excellent digital product thinking and an audience led approach is applied to our core WWF website, the My Footprint App, and the footprint calculator. You will motivate and develop the skills of your team to deliver on digital briefs ranging from new educational content to policy led petitions, as well as supporting our income objectives. You will prioritise and schedule projects, overseeing the delivery of the UX team roadmap and ensuring the quality of work produced, facilitated by a significant digital budget.

Passionate about developing flagship digital products, you will have extensive experience in product and website management. Used to developing design led products from concept to delivery, you will be comfortable operating in a multi-stakeholder environment and influencing within a complex organisation with an international dimension. You will also be familiar with managing external agencies and freelancers. You will possess a strong understanding of digital media, creative design and development in a digital environment too.

Your technical expertise will be complemented by the ability to work across multiple products and initiatives at pace. You will also possess strong communication, networking and interpersonal skills as well as the ability to inspire great work in others.
