This role is a fantastic opportunity to join our new Strategy & Operations team, as an Associate Analyst enabling the Agile Global OTT Data Platforms (GOTT Data) team to operate and continuously improve. You will work within the GOTT Data department which has designed and built a real time data analytics platform using the latest cloud and open-source technologies. We stream billions of events each day to help our partner teams across Sky and Comcast deliver insights and analytics for NOW, Peacock & Sky Q. We are constantly evolving our suite of products so that they work so seamlessly and intuitively, it feels like magic!

What you'll do:

* Be responsible for supporting our four pillars of Strategy and Operations; 'People', 'Commercial', 'Change, Culture & Comms' and 'Lean Portfolio Management' * Create and communicate messages, processes, and updates to enable effective communication across all teams and alignment with department strategy and culture. This is including but not limited to: department newsletters, product factsheets, SharePoint design and delivery and hosting lunchtime learning sessions * Build engaging relationships with the Global OTT Data Platforms team and use this knowledge to provide insights for communication initiatives. * Collect and analyze team feedback to improve and develop the department culture

What you'll bring:

* Great communications skills, conveying your ideas effectively and turning other people's ideas into beautifully crafted and simple communications which inspire curiosity. * A willingness to learn and flexibility in your approach to adapt in a fast-paced, Agile, environment. * Be a creative thinker who is always looking for and implementing improvements where they can benefit the wider team/department. * An entrepreneurial spirit! You will need to be a self-motivated, dedicated, quick learner who is ambitious and able to work both independently and within a team. * Not essential, but desirable, is a willingness to learn skills such as Power Automate, Jira or Tableau.
