The Product Experience team exist to be the experts in how our customers use our Digital Home Products and how their engagement measures against the business' objectives, using data to help guide Sky's decision making. The team is at the forefront of understanding consumers and creating actionable insight about their needs, behaviours and what makes them tick, using this intelligence to drive toward a better Digital Home experience for all our customers.

Working alongside an array of teams in the Product Hub, the team is responsible for understanding what we need to deliver to ensure that our Digital Home Products are as easy to use as possible. The team is responsible for designing, implementing, and managing a suite of KPI's and metrics that enable the business to monitor and improve our performance as we work toward our goal of offering the best product experience in the world to our customers.

This role will work in the Sky Group Product hub, providing measurement, insight, and analysis on the business' performance, utilising our deep knowledge of how customers interact with their Digital Home products and combining this with behavioural and demographic data to inform Sky wide strategic objectives.

What you'll do:

* Build and track a suite of compelling KPI's and associated Tableau visualizations from GCP to proactively highlight significant changes or trends in Digital Homes engagement for the business to react to * Proactively develop deep dive insight and analysis to provide the business with the information they require to improve the Digital Home experience for all our customers * Be the subject matter expert for Wi-Fi usage data in group product, able to understand, summaries and articulate insights whilst recommending business/delivery actions to take * Provide stakeholders with reviews on the success of trials, software changes, new features and campaigns * Regularly share knowledge and expertise with a wide network of Product experts across the business * Seek out new tools, data sets and ways of working that would improve the performance of the team and the wider group product hub * Support Product leads in the identification and analysis of Product improvement opportunity and setting up the relevant visualisations to allow them to track performance from release to in-life performance

What you'll bring:

You are passionate about delivering actionable insight via detailed data analysis and strive to deliver comprehensive and highly effective solutions. You are confident and comfortable working with a range of stakeholders and different levels of seniority, including group director level.

* Designing an analytical approach: Demonstrable experience of managing large data sets and scoping a technical approach to address the business issue with logical thinking and an acute attention to detail from the outset * End to End Analytics: Excellent technical execution and wide knowledge of analytical techniques, with demonstrable experience of tying together datasets across multiple sources to address business problems * Creating & Presenting Insights: Can write and present findings in a clear and convincing narrative, with demonstrable experience of influencing others as a trusted advisor * Commercial interest: Demonstrate a keen interest in the industry and awareness of recent trends in the market * Time Management: Take personal responsibility for workload and task management, ensuring effective use of time * Project Management: Maintain a plan and roadmap for workload and communicate priorities effectively against this * Data Set Management: Previous experience of managing data sets via SQL essential with Big Query or Python experience preferable
