POSITION SUMMARY Trusted customer relationships are in our DNA at Planit, and the role of the Account Director is a vital position to maintain and grow the relationships of some of our most important long-term customers. Reporting to their General Manager, the Account Director is a standout, experienced professional with strong sales acumen and a strategic growth mindset. The Account Director has a natural superpower of building and maintaining customer relationships, is empathetic, and an excellent listener. They are constantly looking for problems to solve, are proactive, and work with the extended team to drive customer-centric outcomes. They are a pro at developing extensive executive and senior management relationships in customer organisations, leading to being viewed as a "trusted advisor."   • Consistently make the number (month and quarter)
  • You have a proven track record of target achievement working with a diverse portfolio of accounts across different industries
  • Building Strategic Value in your accounts across the entire Planit product and services portfolio

2. Grow your pipeline

  • Identifying and building new relationships within your accounts with key stakeholders with budget and decision-making authority, by aligning to the problems and needs relevant to them

3. Plan and Know your business

  • You create, lead, and execute a deep multi-year growth plan that is updated weekly individually, and monthly with the broader account team
  • You have a highly structured approach to business needs discovery
  • Leveraging the broader Planit team to increase stakeholder engagement and deeper understanding of customer needs.

4. Forecast Accuracy

  • Commitment to forecast predictability and accuracy

5. Advocate for Planit Be an advocate for Planit and NRI within your accounts to share Planit's values

  • Share the wins, stories, and achievements with an active social media presence (e.g., LinkedIn)
  • Continuously focus and maintain customer satisfaction, as measured independently by Planit's via a CSAT rating system

It is also expected that Account Directors would support objectives outside the primary objectives to support the business via the line manager.
