Reporting to the Head of Service, you'll provide outstanding remote and onsite technical support to both staff and clients. Supporting Windows Server, Windows PC operating system and Office 365 implementations. You'll be involved in both project and client support activities. Responsibilities include logging tickets, diagnosing and resolving client problems via phone, email and remote control. Liaison with external hardware and software vendors to support a client ticket or project requirement. Managing client expectations and experience in a way that results in high client satisfaction.
The ability to communicate effectively in writing, face to face and over the telephone, able to explain technical issues without jargon.
Effective prioritisation skills; the ability to juggle multiple tasks and conflicting priorities, working under pressure to tight timescales. Windows operating system experience (Windows 10, Windows Server 2016 and 2019). Experience in Networks (inc. routers and switches), TCP/IP, Office 365, Active Directory, Backup solutions and Antivirus software. Experienced in implementation projects, working with external suppliers and network troubleshooting tools.

Their office is based in Exeter, however they do offer flexible working arrangements with partial home working options. You will also be required to visits client's sites as required.
