The University of East Anglia is looking to appoint a Director of Digital and Data to lead our technology teams and drive forward a vital, ambitious strategy for the transformation of our digital and data infrastructure, services and capabilities. The role holder will have a mission to improve the experience for all students and staff enabling them to work and study in a digitally advanced environment.

We are looking for an exceptional candidate with proven experience of strategic leadership and a strong track record of delivering major programmes of work to completion, coupled with an inclusive and determined approach that inspires colleagues.

Leading a large and diverse team, you will drive change to foster a culture of exceptional customer experience, positive stakeholder engagement and agility to respond dynamically to ever changing opportunities and challenges. Collaboration, engagement and "technology translation" skills will be vital, as will a responsive mindset that puts user experience at the centre of change.

This full-time, indefinite post is available from mid-March 2022.
