As our Product Manager for Ad-Tech you will play a central role in helping brands reach their audiences effectively, while continuously improving spend efficiency.  

This role isn't just about technology or product, it is as much about how marketeers operate to use technology effectively. You will therefore be both a Technology and Marketing expert, who drives innovation with a strong commercial focus. 

Key areas to the role: 

 

Strategy and Roadmap

Consolidating Ad-Tech vision & strategy across GVC brands, working closely with other areas of MarTech, and aligned to support the Brand Strategy for our major labels.

Driving the roadmap, ensuring delivery of requirements across the brands

Reviewing the Ad Tech marketplace, keeping up to date with market trends, and sourcing opportunity for growth 

Supplier Relationship

Nurture and grow strategic partnerships with major suppliers and digital marketing channels (e.g. Facebook, Google) and maintain relationships with smaller suppliers.

Exploit GVC's global scale by driving reduced prices

Review and decommission Ad Tech that is no longer performing, or duplicated from within the group. 

Value Realisation

Driving the adoption of Ad-Tech tool set globally, working with regional marketing transformation managers and brand stakeholders.

Work to commercial objectives around your Ad-Tech products, ensuring clear tracking of benefit realisation and ROI for capabilities delivered across brands.

Build a performance monitoring framework (e.g. match rates, CPC, ...) to evaluate and monitor the performance of Ad Tech tools. 

 

Who are we looking for? 

 

We are looking for someone who is experienced and well versed within the Product and MarTech management within the digital marketing space. You will have extensive knowledge and familiarity with Ad-Tech used in digital marketing domains, specifically Social, Programmatic, display and partner channels. For Example: CDP / DMP, DSPs & SSPs, tagging and tracking tools, Dynamic Creative, Search, App Stores, SEO, Brand protection, optimisation tools. 

 

We are looking for a confident leader, who has experience of managing teams previously before. Experience in the Gaming industry and familiarity with the customer data segmentation / models typically used would be ideal, but not essential.
