Job DescriptionOur client, a world leader end-user American company with roots in Japan, is looking for a key contributor on the Digital Platform team as a Salesforce Technical Architect, specifically responsible for architectonic Salesforce Trade Promotion Management solutions using core salesforce platform.You will own the technological landscape, security, integration and data model design, and process creation across entire salesforce platform ecosystem, including but not limited to Sales & Services Cloud and Marketing Cloud.While this position includes hands-on development work, it also focuses a majority of the time on technical leadership, which includes code reviews, coaching developers, documenting and evolving coding standards and best practices, participating in advanced troubleshooting of production and pre-production systems, and authorising frameworks and utilities to improve the efficiency of the development stack.Roles and ResponsibilitiesServe as a Lead or contributing architect collaborating with Senior Salesforce Architects and Enterprise Architects on multiple strategic projects representing and driving architectural design decisions for the company.Lead and Partner with business, technical and integration teams for solution definition, development and implementation. Ensure that solution being developed will satisfyCoordinate with the different business groups to determine future requirements and ensure updates are appropriate for Trade Promotions Management platform globally.Lead Proof of Concepts and technical solutions utilising salesforce technology stack.Hands-on experience building Custom Applications, Lightning UI/UIX development Experience, Mobile App Extensions, Visual Flows, Process Builders and salesforce process automation tools.Develops visually rich and professional conceptual design documents targeted to varying audiences of business and technical aptitude.Experience with Release Management, Source Control and Deployment concepts and technologies such as ANT, SFDC Metadata API, Jenkins/Gearset and GIT.Skills and Qualifications Extensive experience of hands-on development and integration with Salesforce platform and technologies (using both web based technologies such as Soap or Test and middle ware tools such as Informatica, Jitterbit or Mule Soft.Relevant experience technically leading teams and mentoring young team members, a swell as working in multiple concurrent projects.SFDC technical skills required: Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Consumer Goods Cloud, PA EX, development tool kit using APEX, Visual Force, JavaScript.Strong written and oral communication skills both in English and Spanish; Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical staff.Bachelor in Engineering or Technology related.Salesforce Certifications are a valuable asset.BenefitsPermanent position based in Madrid with flexibility in terms of on-site attendance.Very competitive salary + bonus + social benefits (insurance, additional food allowance) and many more!You will have a great impact in one of the most recognised companies around the globe.
