Digital Marketing Specialist - Philadelphia - $110k/YearThis Position is responsible for developing and implementing a social media and digital strategy designed to promote and protect the school's reputation and image across platforms. This effort may include assisting other departments with their social and digital media needs. Tasks will cover the creation and production of online content. Setting appropriate social media goals will be expected, along with reporting to benchmark and track success. Growth opportunities available. Roles & Responsibilities:Develop and distribute emails and text messages to support Temple University's admissions marketing, student and staff communications, and public relations initiatives.Creating and editing HTML/CSS and WYSIWYG email templates in coordination with design and content teams.Creating, testing and deploying digital marketing and communication campaigns via Salesforce Marketing Cloud and other platforms.Managing email lists and audience segmentation.Creating and deploying dynamic content customized to audience profiles.Managing relationships with university units and project managers responsible for digital media platforms around the university.Support digital communication efforts to ensure all digital marketing initiatives meet university standards and guidelines, and represent digital content best practices.Qualifications:Bachelor's Degree requiredAt least four years of work experience in marketing, and/or operationsExperience working with Salesforce CRM in operational capacity preferredExperience with reporting; Google Analytics, TableauExperience collaborating with IT infrastructure group in past positions preferredExcellent organizational, communication skills, and project management skillsExperience with providing innovative solutions to key business challenges preferredAbility to work in a fast-paced environment Track and report on performance, effectiveness and results of all assigned digital initiatives.
