This role would suit someone experienced in desktop support with some exposure to 3rd line/infrastructure looking to take a step up in a supportive environment that will push you to grow professionally.Client DetailsMy client is a central government organisation that makes a positive impact on the public, they provide services to UK residents.DescriptionThe successful IT Systems & Infrastructure Support Analyst will be responsible for:Various IT support tasks including but not limited to: escalations from service desk, proactive maintenance of IT systems & infrastructure and supporting on IT projectsOwning resolution of IT issues and putting user satisfaction at the heart of everything they doWorking collaboratively and positively with IT colleagues to assist with IT issues and improve own skill setSupporting IT security activitiesSeeking out opportunities for personal development ProfileThe successful IT Systems & Infrastructure Support Analyst will possess:Previous experience in IT support up to 2nd/3rd line levelExposure to infrastructure support role with a desire to progress into a fully-fledged Infrastructure EngineerExcellent knowledge of Microsoft systems - Windows Server, Windows 10, Office 365, Sharepoint, Teams etc.Customer focus and track record of owning issues through to successful resolutionExperience with MDM solutions such as Endpoint ManagerExcellent communication skills, both written and verbalJob OfferUp to £30,000 + benefits including:Very generous civil service pension scheme25 days holiday (rising to 30 days after 5 years service) + bank holidaysFlexible working (1-2 days on-site per fortnight on average, flexible as required)Training opportunitiesSuccessful candidate must pass a DBS check before commencing the role.
