As an established and approved IT recruitment partner to this global financial services organisation, we have been asked to assist in the hire of a Project Manager to lead and manage a key initiative within the Digital Portfolio (primarily Public Websites estate).

You will be joining a well funding, growing unit and we are told the chance of this role extending beyond the initial 12 months is strong.

The hiring stakeholder has mentioned she is open to considering individuals that have recently moved into project management (perhaps from business analysis or project support) and experienced Project Managers.

This role will be predominantly home based, but candidates should be prepared to work from the Southampton offices from time to time. We estimate this would be 2-3 days a month (Covid climate allowing).

Your role will involve the day-to-day management of the full project life cycle from initiation to closure to key digital projects.

Key skills / Environment

Project management

Digital project experience: Web based / Intranet.

Software development life cycle experience

Agile / Scrum

Planning / Governance

Project management training accreditations such as APMP, Prince2, PMI (helpful)

Agile delivery accreditation such as CSM, PMI-ACP, Agile PM, SAFe Scaled Agilist (helpful)

Experience working in a financial services / regulated environment (helpful).

65k base salary plus bens of: Annual holiday entitlement of 26 days, Benefit Allowance, Pension Scheme, Incentive scheme, leaver bonus.
