We are joining on a data transformation journey and with the recent creation of a Business INtelligence Centre of Excellence, we have a brand new and exciting role as a BI IMplementation Lead to be part of Allianz's longer term strategy around data and analytics, for a BI Implementation Lead will support an agile based, continuous improvement BI delivery team, as they work on a number of projects across the business aligned to the Allianz's Global Data strategy. In line with our new working model, this role is offered on a hybrid working, so home and office based, with travelling to either Guildford or Bristol on a monthly basis

As a member of the Business Intelligence Centre of Excellence, you will be working across multiple business lines, adopting a consultative approach to solving our businesses' data and analytics needs, ensuring a full understanding of requirements and working with the delivery teams to ensure a successful outcome. Reporting into the Data & Insight Business Partner, the Implementation lead will work alongside a Product Owner support the Agile development squad and continuously evolve agile best practice across BICoE. Also work closely with our Development lead to ensure best practice is balanced alongside a value driven strategy as well as the following: You responsibilities will also include: Facilitating the shaping, planning and delivery of projects across the BI portfolio Working with key stakeholders across the business and building relationship. Ensuring each delivery lands in manner that maximises positive feedback and expected value. Robust, high quality requirements gathering / user story capture Ensuring team adherence to change and Data Governance processes Customer engagement strategy & feedback cycle Skills and experience To be a success in this role, you will have project management skills within a MI/BI function in any sector, as well as the following: Experience in running Agile deliveries preferably as a scrum Master Working knowledge of MI/BI tools and techniques Proven ability to interpret data and provide actionable insight to help the business Significant experience of stakeholder management Organised and structured; comfortable working in an environment of rapid change and challenge what we can offer you Recognised and rewarded for a job well done, we have a range of flexible benefits for you to choose from - including retail discounts and insurance cover - so you can pick a package that's perfect for you.
