£30,000 - £35,000 + Health Insurance + 33 days holiday + Gym Membership + Death in service x2 salary

Excellent opportunity for a Network Specialist to learn new skills in a technologically progressive audio equipment specialist who supply to high-end TV and broadcasting giants.

This company are a world renowned innovator and market leader of Audio and Broadcasting technologies. They have been established for over 50 years and grown from strength to strength, they pride themselves on their quality of product.

In this role you will provide detailed technical support and consultancy for the design, development and delivery of IP based networking solutions to their clients. You will advise on appropriate test setups and act as 3rd line Support to customers.

The ideal candidate will hold IT Networking qualifications such as CCNA or Equivalent. You will have a good knowledge of designing, debugging, and supporting IP networks for RTP applications. You will have experience with Network diagnostics, troubleshooting, and analysis.

The Role:

*Providing 3rd line Support to customers

*You will be a Subject Matter Expert in IP networking and AoIP

*Working with Product Test team to advise on appropriate test strategies to comply with current standards

The Person:

*UK Driving License

*IT Networking Qualifications (CCNA/CCNP or Equivalent)

*Experience debugging and supporting IP Networks

*Experience with Audio Mixing Consoles/ Systems

*Understanding of relevant standards such as AES67, SMPTE-2110, NMOS and/or PTP
