What you'll do

· Implementation and co-ordination of a number of End to End Test Managers who are delivering the End-to-End Assurance in the systems development life cycle.

· Provision of technical direction and governance for the End to End Test Managers (for Assurance and Testing), escalation and support for Migration Partners appointed by the clients to deliver on their behalf, to ensure consistent interpretation of our mutual test strategies.

· Ensure control across your assigned End to End Test Managers' product delivery implementation activities, managing deliverables, project budgets, planning and forecasting, involved in recruitment and rotation plans.

· Providing test direction for the area

· Analysing new work and changes to existing projects to estimate the effort needed and to determine people and test environment requirements.

· Producing the project test plan and/or test approach.

· Creating detailed test schedules, including identifying the dependencies on other areas.

· Ensuring all subordinate test documentation is produced by the appropriate individual and reviewed.

· Planning and managing all of the End to End Test Managers to ensure they are running the projects effectively - including co-ordination with external teams and attending project checkpoint meetings.

· Providing support to the End to End Test Managers in authorising the completion of test stages and arranging sign-off with the client and other key stakeholders.

· Coaching and mentoring the End to End Test Managers and less experienced TM/TLs.

· Reporting to Programme Test Manager for SoTF and supporting cross Programme Learning, knowledge sharing and identifying efficiencies

Required Skills:

· Excellent communication skills, written and verbal

· Strong Stakeholder Management

· Minimum 5 years End to End Test Manager Experience and experience of managing multiple projects

· Experience in agile, waterfall or hybrid delivery lifecycles

· Experience in application/platform migration

· Experience in AWS/Azure Cloud technologies would be beneficial

· Understanding of Non-Functional Testing

· Excellent Management of Schedules and Milestones

· Collaborative working across multiple 3rd Parties and Suppliers essential
