Introduction to the role and company:

My client, a worldwide leader in IT, cybersecurity and networking solutions are looking for a Paid Media Manager to support Paid Media for Public Sector. You will be home/office based depending on preference.

About the role:

Design, strategize, activate and oversee our client's media planning in EMEAR, aligned to their Always On Journeys and Launches, as part of the client's in-house paid media team.

Always On Journey (AOJ) Media Manager designs and directs the media strategy, investment planning, operations, agency relationship, media planning, approval and coordinated execution. Aligned by journey, they ensure an engaging, connected and personalized experience across all media channels. They provide guidance on standardized media execution & optimization and work closely with Omni-channel Journey Manager, Online Audience Manager, Audience Expert, Operations team as well as manage the relationship with our agency account team.

You'll be able to use your deep paid media expertise to help drive real business results - not just show efficiencies on a media plan. Your previous media experiences will make you a strong contributor, helping the client build a better digital marketing organization for the EMEAR region. You will be pushing boundaries with other media experts within our EMEAR media team, expanding your own expertise and influencing strategy across the region.

With overall responsibility for the development and delivery of our media plans for the EMEA business, you will understand the nuances of planning to both brand and performance KPIs and be capable of advancing our best practices in these areas.

Who you'll be working with:

Reporting to the Regional Paid Media Manager, you'll be a part of the team that supports all Paid Media campaigns in EMEAR. You'll collaborate regularly with paid media channel leads (Social, SEM, programmatic) and interlock with other internal teams - including Omnichannel Journey Managers, Data Scientists, Content and Creative Teams. You'll also work closely with our extended agency team to successfully execute our media campaigns

Things you will be working on:

Paid MediaOwn the end-to-end process for media planning including investment planning, briefing, managing the narrative of responses to brief, channel selection and prioritization, cross-channel campaign optimization and post campaign analysesWork with our Online Audience manager to build and action audiences/segments in the appropriate platforms; QA audience/segment delivery and support ensuring they are populated into the relevant platformsEnsure consistent application of best practice and quality standards across key marketsPartner internally and with agency service-partner teams to develop optimization recommendations and ensure campaigns are meeting/exceeding goalsGuide the development of our media planning operations and processes - and ensure they are utilised for best effect within the day-to-day media planning and activationHave a strong point of view on how the media landscape is changing, and how this impacts how we plan across multiple markets to achieve the best performanceCollaborate closely with internal stakeholders across global and regional teams to identify and deliver opportunities for media insight that drive business results.Understand the role you play in delivering against our goals including brand awareness, revenue growth, efficiency, and future-facing projects. Find innovative opportunities to enhance this.Act as a key point of escalation for campaign-related issues, and partner with internal and external teams to drive resolution in a timely mannerParticipate in the active tracking of performance across all campaigns and regularly review campaign performance with teamsEnsure strong collaboration and integration across omni-channel and content teamEnsure that the content strategy is aligned to the overall media strategy, therefore ensuring that we are building the content formats and messaging that map to the desire to the annual media plan.Support UKI marketing team with digital strategy and execution across website experience and management, social media and paid media to drive engagement and demand on the client's website

Skillset requirements:Minimum of 3-5 Years of media planning, strategy and execution experience and social listeningA proven track record in defining media strategies and plansStrong knowledge of a plethora of media platforms including but not limited to Google, Facebook, Linkedin, Twitter, AmazonDeep digital expertise across brand and performance metricsProven success in media planning process design, implementation, and enhancementImpactful point of view on planning and measurement toolsWorking knowledge of and desire to be involved with media performance reportingImpeccable relationship management skills. This role requires you to interact with internal and external stakeholders and partner with them to successfully launch defining media campaignsEffective and engaging written communication and presentation skillsAbility to influence and negotiateConfidence to make decisions and resolve problems quickly and effectivelyPassion for digital and data, well versed on the latest industry trends and news.
