The Role.

Reporting to the Governance, Risk and Compliance Manager within our Information Security department, the Access Control Analyst will conduct research, analyse, and confirm end-user authentication/authorisation requirements for the purpose of creating, provisioning, maintaining, and revoking network and application authentication credentials and security profiles.

You will be joining a dynamic, hands-on team; you will support processes and routine checks whilst we scale up our controls and automation functions. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone like you, with a keen interest in Cyber Security looking for their first move into the field.

What you'll be doing

Liaising with different business teams to perform joiner, mover, leaver access management processes

Making sure user access is correct for colleagues who are moving between departments or joining and leaving SPW

Liaising with various business teams to conduct user access reviews so that all users have the correct access

Working with application owners to map business roles to IT entitlements ensuring that the appropriate access rights are given to the right users

Supporting other areas of Information Security including Insider Security, Governance, Risk and Compliance and Cyber Resilience.

Your qualifications & experience

You'll have a keen interest in Cyber Security

Previous experience in areas such as identity lifecycle management, access management, single sign-on, identity federation, privileged access management, access certification - although if you simply have a passion for these areas we will train you further!

Experience in reporting and/or analytics, using tools such as PowerBi, Microsoft Excel

Someone that is not afraid to ask questions if they are unsure of the solution - the team are more than happy to help
