You will play a vital role in leading engineering teams to building solutions that are scalable, quality, secure, and are built with the future in mind. You are tech savvy, hold a wealth of experience in technical leadership and system design, to tackle complex technical problems. You can take high-level business goals and architecture solution designs and translate these into a meaningful technology roadmap that can be delivered by our feature teams.
As a Technical Lead for Master Data Management, you will lead the MDM development teams across the software lifecycle to design, develop, build, and launch and maintain our MDM products, as well as providing oversight, direction, and mentorship. You will provide leadership and implement leading practices and standards for MDM, carry out data governance procedures, and ensure data integrity across multiple platforms.
Facilitate and lead the design of scalable MDM solutions that meet business needs
Collaborate with architecture capabilities to ensure alignment with Technology and Data Architecture
Conduct effective technical reviews of Data Pipelines to ensure quality of Information delivery
Mentor and Coach junior team members on data management & data services best practices
Evangelise and promote current technological developments
Support product capability in collecting ideas and setting priorities for prototyping and development
Deliver products in accordance with their targets
Monitor relevant product KPIs, initiating and leading promotional activities based on development
Identify synergies and address interdependencies with other product teams
Partner with security resources to ensure compliance with data security and privacy mandates
Research and recommend new and emerging MDM technologies, methodologies, and standards
Ensure consistency and compatibility with all other system technology components
Evaluate, prototype and evolving the MDM framework for new technologies related to enterprise analytics. These technologies may include unstructured "Big Data", data grids, and cloud-based computing
Recent experience delivering Master Data Management solutions, in multiple domains such as Customer, Product, etc
Understanding of ETL/ELT/API based Integration patterns for Data Services
Strong communication skills to engage effectively with Technical and Business Stakeholders
Experience in Data Warehousing and Data management
Experience delivering solutions in Cloud, preferably AWS
In-depth knowledge of XML, JSON, REST API, PLSQL, and hands-on experience of integrations and NoSQL databases
Experience or understanding with DevOps, CI/CD, Test Automation in Data Services area
Solid understanding of MDM benefits, best practices & challenges
Understanding of Data Governance and how it relates to successful MDM
Experience in multifaceted landscape of data domains and systems such as PIM, CRM, SAP, and Data Lake technologies
