They require an experienced Business Analyst to join them and provide support across a portfolio of regulatory, risk and compliance projects.DescriptionThe successful Senior Business Analyst will be responsible for:Playing a key role on projects to implement regulatory, risk or compliance changes within the organisationEstablishing and maintaining stakeholder relationships as a SMEEnsuring business readiness and embedding change with colleagues across all business functionsLiaising with IT department to explore any required infrastructure/platform changes required to support business changeEnsuring project progress is documented and reported where appropriateLeading relevant project activities through their full lifecycleProfileThe successful Senior Business Analyst will possess:Significant experience as a Business Analyst with a focus on regulatory, compliance and risk projectsPrevious financial services experienceExcellent communication skills and ability to tailor approach to stakeholders at different levelsExperience of bridging the gap between change teams and ITExperience working on a range of compliance or regulatory changes e.g. GDPRJob Offer£55,000 - £60,000 dependent on experience + excellent benefits:10% non-contributory pensionPerformance related bonus up to 10%Private healthDeath in serviceEyecare
