Are you a Software Developer looking to move into a Software Architecture role?

Excellent opportunity for a Software Developer with open source programming experience looking to move into an architecture role, joining a UK manufacturing giant where you will partner with various digital stakeholders and manage IT solution design for Digital Marketing and eCommerce applications.

The ideal candidate will be a software developer with experience of an open-source programming language (Java, PHP, Python etc.) who is actively looking to move into an architecture role. Previous software architecture experience is highly beneficial but not essential. You will have experience with WebService and API technologies and ideally cloud experience.

This role would suit a Software Developer with open source programming experience looking to move into an Architecture role where you will be able to make key technical decisions and develop technically.

The Role:

* Software Architect role, partnering with various digital stakeholders and managing IT solution design for Digital Marketing and eCommerce applications in a dynamic distributed environment

* Interact with regional and countries business units within EMEA to evaluate needs and requirements and align on solutions

* Office-based role in Peterborough with Hybrid working (2 days in office) available

The Person:

* Software Developer with open-source programming experience (Java, PHP or Python etc) actively looking to move into an Architect role

* Experience with WebService and API Technologies and ideally cloud experience

* Within a commutable distance of Peterborough
