We are searching for an Ecommerce and Digital Marketing Specialist, someone to support our client's digital transformation programme, which includes the ongoing project management of their new ecommerce websites, driving customer acquisition and retention.You will be responsible for coordinating PPC campaigns with digital agencies and you will be the SEO Lead, with responsibility for increasing brand awareness. Initially the role is a mixture of website coordination and management (80%) and supporting PPC and SEO initiatives (20%).You will be supporting and working with the Group Marketing Manager, helping with the project management of two new ecommerce websites which are currently in development.The successful candidate is going to take ownership of the SEO and CRO strategy, working with digital agencies and the internal Website/Graphic Design Coordinator, to implement and manage PPC and Paid Media budgets and campaigns.You will be working with a variety of teams and stakeholders to ensure ecommerce activities, campaigns and promotions deliver a cohesive customer experience online.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES & RESPONSIBILITIESSupport the Group Marketing Manager with the company's digital transformation, primarily the development of new ecommerce websites. Website project management and future digital development projects.Support the Group Marketing Manager with managing different digital sales channels.Keeping a keen eye on digital and online trends, continually looking for and developing new opportunities.Oversee that SEO and CRO activities prior to launch of new ecommerce websites.Lead on all PPC and Paid Advertising activities, consulting with both online agencies and internal team members to ensure goals are met.Communicate clearly, regularly and promptly with colleagues across all business areas. REQUIRED SKILLS & ABILITIES Ecommerce experience is essential.National PPC and SEO experience.Google Analytics and Call Tracking Platforms.Organised Initiative-taker.Able to remain calm under pressure.Multi-Tasker with Project Management abilities.Strong Communicator.Work effectively as part of a team.
