In this role, you will be joining a friendly and tight-knit team of remote support engineers to monitor the Building Management Systems of high-profile clients and to provide technical support to queries or issues where required.

The ideal candidate will enjoy working within an engineering, IT or similar support capacity and will be keen to progress their career from the ground up by being open to learning and taking up career development opportunities.

The Role:

* Working as part of a service desk team for Building Management Systems

* Monitoring Building Management Systems such as for HVAC, electrics, lighting etc.

* Providing technical support to clients and answering queries

The Person:

* An interest in sustainability, renewable energy, construction or building services

* Able to process engineering terms and analyse technical information

* Strong interpersonal and communication skills

* Experience working in an engineering support role (advantageous)

* Educated to HNC/HND level in an engineering discipline (advantageous)

* BMS/Controls engineering experience (advantageous)
