As technical services manager your role will include:

* Enhance current level of performance

* Drive, implement and maintenance effective management systems and procedures

* Ensuring continuity of mechanical, electrical and infrastructure services

* Provide clear strategical, technical direction, leadership and operational planning

* Direct management of Estate managers, Lead Engineers and estate fabric manager

As a technical services manager you will need:

* Experienced leader within technical services management

* Experience within the property management or commercial building sector

* Experience of critical infrastructure including HV networks

* Stakeholder management experience
