Test Manager- London- Up to £60KMy Client is looking for a Test Manager to join their exciting company!As part of their Data Engineering Team, this role will be detail-oriented, and you will be the technical Test Manager. You will be responsible for improving their product's resiliency and working alongside developers to ensure the team provides code that can be trusted and you will be leading a team of Testers including both manual testing and automated test development.Role & ResponsibilitiesYou will drive high testing standards, holding engineers accountable for delivering code of excellent quality. You will not allow us to sacrifice quality for speed of delivery.You will be responsible for managing the release process, ensuring high standards of regression testing and only allowing code which has been tested through to production.You will have an in-depth understanding of the Product, and be capable of identifying and prioritising the most critical areas of the product, and where attention is required.
