Excellent opportunity for an experienced Project or Operations Manager, from a Solar PV or roof construction background, who is looking to take the next step in their career and join a growing and well established renewable energy supplier.
This company are specialists in the supply and installation of Solar PV equipment, they have been established for over 10 years and for most of this time they have dominated the Residential market in the South East. Off the back of this success, they are continuing their work on commercial scale projects opening their reach in the market and allowing for continual growth. It is because of their expansion they are now looking for an Operations Manager to support the growth.
In this role you will oversee the operations for commercial projects, fine tuning procedures and supporting the organization whilst it develops in the commercial market. You will establish and implement processes for the team to follow allowing successful project delivery and ensuring the needs of all clients are met. On top of this, you will assess surveys and schematics generated by the engineers to ensure all project aims are achieved, whilst at the same time planning programmes and booking new jobs.
The successful candidate will have at least 3 years' experience in an operations based role for a residential or commercial Solar company, a general roof construction background would also be suitable. You should be comfortable speaking with clients and any experience in the design of Solar projects would be greatly advantageous.

The Person:
*3+ years' experience as a Project Manager/Operations Manager
*Needs to have some experience in a Solar PV or Roof Construction or Electrical based industry
*Both commercial scale and residential experience is acceptable
*Customer facing, happy to go out for site visits when required (office based position)
