In this Product Manager you will accelerate the continued development of my clients new ecommerce platform. You will be responsible for gathering and prioritising product and customer requirements, defining the product vision, and working closely with engineering, sales, marketing and support to ensure revenue and customer satisfaction goals are met.You will develop and own the product road-map for their ecommerce, search and consumer app solutions. You will get to drive the adoption of new digital technologies that are transforming the ways B2C companies interact with their customers and improve their operations.Define the product strategy, vision and road-map by working with customers, portfolio owners and industry expertsDeliver MRDs and PRDs with prioritised features and corresponding justificationImplement and manage the process under which we prioritise product features and overall road-mapManage several scrum product owners assigned to agile scrum teamsManage the strategic allocation of product road-map budgetClosely collaborate with sales, pre-sales teams, system architects and development leadershipBecome the internal expert on the product and competition3+ years experience in a Product Manager role

Expertise with ROI, NPV, IRR calculation to justify product investment

Website analytics and insights experience required

Working in an Agile software development environment

Identifying suitable solutions based on unique customer challenges

Exceptional presentation, facilitation, communication, and negotiation skills

Proven ability to effectively manage a team of product owners as well as large network of internal and external business relationships

Working directly with customers and driving customer success

Personalisation, AI and machine learning experience is helpfulFully remote once living in Ireland or hybrid, this client is based in Dublin.
