The InDigital Digital Product Manager will play a key role in helping JLR unite around our digital future, helping define what Digital is, why it is important and how JLR will transform into the Digital benchmark for other manufacturing businesses to follow. You will be expected to build vision and strategy for a digital JLR. You will need to develop internal and external partnerships to access the best ideas to make InDigital world class.

WHAT YOULL NEED

As a Digital Product Manager, you will be required to develop the digital vision for both InDigital and JLR so that everyone is aligned on what it means to be a digital business and why this is important. As well as this, you will adapt the Digital strategy for InDigital so that everyone in InDigital understands what InDigital needs to become a digital leader in JLR.

You will be expected to build relationships with senior stakeholders across functions to ensure that the InDigital strategy is endorsed across JLR and that the functions are developing their digital capability in line with the centre - in particular with functional Digital teams (Corporate & Strategy and others) and with IT.

Key Responsibilities and Behaviours:

* Digital Maturity Score of the business
* Triage external opportunities when they are presented to InDigital to save the team time on using the correct products
* Identify where there are gaps in InDigital's capability, technology or talent which could be filled from external sources and proactively try to fill them
* Engagement in Digital Forums
