You will be required to lead a small development team on software development from requirements specification to deployment.Client DetailsThe client is a software driven business working closely with retailers.DescriptionSenior Software Engineer Key Responsibilities: Analysing and leading on the developments of new company systemsLead on projects that would assist with the optimisation of existing websitesInterpret business requirements, transfer these requirements into an agreed solution and illustrate the implementation of such requestsWork to plans / deadlines in delivering company-based projectsSuggest alternatives where existing paths of development can be improvedWork closely with the IT Director to plan and deliver IT solutionsImplement and deploy timely fixes to company bugsManage the day-to-day workload of a small team of ASP Net.
