Business Systems Analyst (12+ Months FTC)

circa 60K + benefits

Work from home / occasional travel to Southampton

Are you a BSA, with financial experience, and would like to work for a Global investment and Wealth Management Business, with a portfolio more than £100 billon and c. 1 million customers?

Due to high demand in projects, we are looking for 3 x Business Systems Analysts to join the delivery of business and technology change including the provision of robust infrastructure and IT service operations that everyone can depend upon.

You will function as a SME and support Change delivery through the creation of functional and non-functional solution artefacts. You will be responsible for identifying, assessing, and documenting requirements, specifications, and functionality, aligned to business strategy, business processes and technology architecture.

Skills/Experience:

*3-5+ years as a Business Systems Analysis with experience working across the SDLC

*Strong structured business systems analysis, data modelling and design skills.

*Ability to design and document business processes.

*Agile or DevOps environment

*Excellent stakeholder management

*Ability to work in 'Virtual' teams' cross function/cross business and geographies

*Technical knowledge and experience of at least one for the following:

oApplication and Data Integration Platforms

oWeb Content Management

oCRM platforms e.g., Salesforce

oERP solutions e.g., Oracle Financials, Workday

oSQL Server Databases

oMicrosoft technologies

*Any external accreditation in Business Analysis/Systems Analysis, Agile would be highly desirable.

As the successful Business Systems Analysis, you will get involved in planning and analysis, as well as project execution.

Base Salary: circa 60k
