The caniddate must have experience working with a residential house builder/developer and 3/5 years + would be desirable. The right candidate should have experience in project management and leading a project whilst having good communication/people skills to be able to influence and persuade others to see their point of view. Good person management is essential and the ideal candidate will be able to manage and lead a team effectively.In this role you will manage and contribute to the preparation of layouts and planning matters to all the sites in the Yorkshire Region. Ultimately you will be responsible for design and planning of all the regions developments and managing the planning process to meet departmental objectives, in accordance to the companies best practices and procedures. You will organise and programme external projects teams, making sure targets and deadlines are kept to successfully, while still achieving the required standard and quality in your own work. The Role:

* Working on residential developments (house builder experience needed)

* Manage and contribute to the preparation of layouts and planning matters for all sites in the

Yorkshire region

* Office based role in Leeds

* Responsible for design and planning of the regions' residential developments and managing the

planning process to meet departmental objectivesThe Person:

* Have a Architecture or Planning Degree or Degree in Design - Or relevant experience in the

industry

* 3/5 years + working for a residential house builder/developer

* Be able to Project Manage and have good person management skills to manage and lead a team.
