Job DescriptionOur client, a well-known spanish multinational company founded in 1980, and a key player in the private gaming sector, is now expanding its business through LATAM and wants to incorporate a manager to lead its Sports Digital Marketing team, using Salesforce as a CRM.Role & ResponsibilitiesLead and support the CRM Sport Team, with characterization of specific needs to existing process or implementations of new processes.Continuous improvement of CRM tools and process.Manage implementation of new projects (planning milestones, communications to users, support after go live).Evaluation and prioritizing CRM tasks and projects.The CRM Team leader's main responsibility is to maximize marketing and monetization opportunities within the product.Implement and optimize the CRM Journeys and Ad-Hoc campaigns.Work with different teams within the company to improve our product and customer experience.Skills & QualificationsA real team player with sense of ownership and pride in performance and its impact on company's success.Able to drive results, someone who leads by example.Excellent analytical and hands-on problem solving skills.Managing teams experience.Great Presentation skills.Experience in the Online Gaming industry.Experience in Marketing.Creative and detail-orientated.Problem Solver.Spanish and English speaking.Benefits Competitive salary according experience.Permanent position with professional development.
