CoopSys MSP seeks experienced Techs

Due to ongoing growth we're looking for able and enthusiastic staff to join our team. A great opportunity to get grips with the latest IT in a fast moving environment.

The Company:

CoopSys is a midsize long established Managed Services Provider- Microsoft Partner, ISO9001 and Investors in People accredited. There is plenty of scope for innovation and development. The company has over 175 regular clients these are mainly larger charities and similar not for profits, nice people and important work. We have a fantastic 20 year+ track record. 

Duties:

We are looking for able techs to join at all levels - especially 2^nd line to 3rd line and project specialists

The job will involve contact with many clients on a day to day basis at lots of locations

We're looking for staff able to rise quickly to taking site responsibility

Hours and Location

Typically 37.5 hours per week, office and work from home. some early starts & evening, occasional weekend days.

We're very flexible - eg a 4 day week to give time for fast track online self study technical development or shorter day hours for childcare.

Typically 70% of work will be home or office based but there is a requirement to visit client sites when needed.

Most of the work will be in the London area but occasional travel to other UK/EU cities is desirable.

Person

You will need to be enthusiastic about IT, hardworking and logical, qualified to HND similar or above, ideally have industry relevant certs and keen to learn more, self teaching , able to move up to PC weight items, good with people. and flexible in helping us meet our clients needs.

Development of the role:

We will provide opportunities to improve skills levels both technical and general skills , including on the job exposure to major products , access to Microsoft/Dell/HP partner programmes and we will also pay for appropriate training materials and self study.
