Graduate Technical Consultant - Structured Career Development

Role and Responsibilities:
An excellent opportunity has arisen with a global technology company for a graduate to join their implementation or presales teams. You will be joining the Implementations Team as part of a Graduate Program, with a structured progression path for the first 2 years. In that period, the client will provide the necessary technical, project and soft skills to launch your career in a highly sought-after market. If you decide to stay, and we hope you do, then there will also be opportunities for further progression vertically or horizontally in a rapidly growing company.

As part of the implementations team, you will work closely with our key internal and external stakeholders to design and build our technical solutions that we take to market. We deliver the solutions by configuring the platform to produce and maintain their SaaS offerings. You'll learn how to effectively manage complicated projects and have a hands-on approach to all aspects of end-to-end software delivery, gaining a large amount of responsibility early in your career.

Essential Requirements:
·Degree in a technical discipline e.g. Computer science, Maths, Physics, Chemistry and Engineering
·Able to manage multiple activities in parallel, while maintaining a level head
·Logical mind, able to think through solutions quickly and consider alternatives
·A keen eye for detail
·Personable but professional
·Experience in coding
·Determined and results-focused
·Experience in Microsoft Office

Desirable
·Experience in JavaScript
·Experience in managing projects and stakeholders
·Experience in business studies, risk or compliance

·£28,000 - £35,000 (Dependant on experience)

Location:
·The position is located in Reading, Berkshire . Working hours will be 9 am to 5:30 pm Monday to Friday, with core hours of 10 am to 4pm to allow for flexible working.
