1st / 2nd Line Support Engineer - Remote working - £25,000 - £30,000 + Excellent BenefitsOverview:
An exciting opportunity has become available with an award winning thermal insulation and engineering company. My client has develop a global presence with offices located in Europe, USA, Asia and South America.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Incident management with the use of a modern web-based ticketing system, related to e.g. hardware set-up, software installation, user administration.
Look after local network infrastructure and phone system as instructed by the central I.T. team
Analyse, process, escalate tickets
Identify users' hardware needs; maintain, safeguard and create hardware inventories.
On-call service availability
Skills and Experience:
Experience using ticketing systems
High organisational skills
Taking ownership of tasks
Service desk / User support experience
Experience in using ticket systems
Initiative and flexibility
User-friendly personality
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Experience with MS-Sharepoint will be advantageous, as would be German language skills.
Salary and Benefits:
£25,000 - £30,000 Per Annum
Up to 2 days remote working weekly
