##FREELANCE## FUNCTIONAL ANALYST NAVOn behalf of one of our clients, a fast growing Belgian company, we are recruiting a functional analyst.ROLE:

As an ERP analyst, you are a specialist in the ERP system and you take care of an optimal operational support for our end users.

You provide 2nd line support of the ERP system in operational issues (initially sales and e-commerce, then logistics, purchasing and finance).

You analyze the short-term needs and ad hoc requests of our company and provide an appropriate solution, in close cooperation with the ERP developers and in consultation with the functional analysts of the relevant domain.

You optimize the operation of the ERP system to support the employees.

You take care of the thorough testing of the applied adjustments.

You take care of a deployment plan, user manuals and appropriate operational support for the end users.PROFILE

In your role, you will be expected to take initiative and also provide the necessary support to the business as required. You will receive guidance and support from experienced analysts and developers. Above all, you are eager to learn and contribute to an optimal working environment for employees.You have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. You have experience providing operational support in the retail industry and working with an ERP system.

Analytical - You can translate a company's activities into business processes and translate those processes into appropriate IT applications and requirements.

Actionable - You are communicative, flexible and willing to learn.

Language skills - You have a good command of Dutch and English. Knowledge of French is an asset.

Expertise - You have a good knowledge of cash systems, e-commerce, logistic processes, finance, accounting and purchasing. You clearly have a strong affinity with IT. Experience with MS Dynamics NAV and Oracle is an asset.
