The Role
- Act as the primary technical expert on SAP S4/HANA and modules related to production, quality, supply chain, finance, and HR
- Lead the vendor relationship with SAP support partners, ensuring that change requests are prioritised and delivered complete and on-time and that ongoing SLAs and other performance criteria are met
- Act as the technical lead for SAP development projects that introduce new functionality or extend the system to new sites and/or organisations
- Provide expert support to SAP users to ensure effective and complete adoption of tools and related processes
- Support the technology strategy by identifying system extensions and new technologies that would deliver business value by extending functionality and/or usage
About you
- Skilled in SAP administration, including user and group configuration and system management
- Experience managing an SAP platform and supporting users in manufacturing, supply chain, and finance
- Understanding of SAP data transfer options, including CPI and Enterprise Service Bus
- Skilled in supporting change management efforts, including user training and acceptance testing
- Understanding of S4/HANA system management
